Ingredients

  • 60ml Laori Juniper No. 1
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml ODK Barista Syrup - White Sugar
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • ice cubes

How to make?

  • Add a handful of basil leaves to the cocktail shaker
  • Crush the leaves with the pestle to release the flavour
  • Put a few ice cubes in the shaker
  • Pour over 60ml Laori Juniper No. 1, 30ml lemon juice and 20ml ODK Barista Syrup - White Sugar
  • Shake the cocktail shaker
  • Remove the cap and pour the contents of the cocktail shaker through a sieve into the cocktail glass
  • Garnish the mocktail with 2 basil leaves
